Whats the most unhealthy food you eat regularly, I think the two worst things I eat are bread and chocolate. I tend to have bread with almost everything I eat and I know I eat too much of it too, with beans on toast I will have around 5 slices with it, with chips and chicken kiev I have four or sometimes 5. I have began to cut back now however, in fact I have started not eating bread at all and the same with chocolate, I havent had either in over a week so far.
Candy in general.
Hot Tamales most recently.
Because I worship those things.
Chocolate too. Ice Cream.
Actually most of my diet is unhealthy.
