How would you describe your diet?
Does it have a proper name?
By choice or because of medical reasons?
Yeah, so how would you describe it?
I'm really fussy and the proper term for my diet is 'Macrobiotic'.
I consume no red meat, only chicken and fish.
Eat a lot of grains.
Lots of vegetables <3
Most vegetables raw.
I'm not strictly macrobiotic, but my diet resembles one very closely and that's what a leading food expert/dietitian classed my diet as.
Picky, fussy, careful, healthy...I read labels in stores, I trim the fat, won't go near 'fast food'. Fruits, veggies, grains, fish...and I know how to cook...real good!...too.
In short, conscientious. I plan on being around for a loooong time. You only have one body.
Mine's varied and a bit eclectic, I think. I try and like most everything and eat what I like when I feel like it.
I'm fortunate because I tend to crave and enjoy a lot of food that's good for you - brown rice > white, a salad if it's going, I dislike white bread and don't like alcohol. Love water and sunflower seeds!
At the same time I won't deny myself cheesecake for breakfast if it's what I feel like. Food's meant to be enjoyable and I don't have the will-power to deny myself.

I eat whatever tastes good. I'm not fond of veggies, because I find most taste bad, except carrots and potatoes (wait, is that a veggie?).
I LOVE meat though, if I could eat it more often then I would, it's just too expensive though.
Fish tastes horrible though. I only eat dark meat on chicken, though I strongly prefer legs.
Bread, oh bread, I love it but my mother isn't letting me eat as much anymore.
Not one for dairy, don't drink milk at all and rarely eat cheese.
I can be fussy about certain foods like I have to have my meat cooked Medium Rare, bloody but not still mooing.
I like fruits, Strawberries, Apples, Watermelon, that's it really.
I mostly eat junk food on a regular basis, TV dinners for lunch, and dinner tends to vary. Never eat breakfast much.
Chocolate, Candy, Meat, Bread, Sweets, Strawberries, Soup, and TV Dinners are what I eat on a daily basis.
I really am not a health nut, because most healthy things I don't like. I like some, it's just that I hardly ever get to eat it, and when I do I usually end up sick from it. Because I shovel it into my mouth.

I'm a Strict organic Vegitarian. Its totaly by choice. I'm also extreamly, urm, I guess I have a Food phobia, I don't like people other than me touching my food, I don't like how things feel in my mouth, but I'm vegitarian because I don't agree with eating meat. I love salt, I know its so bad for you but I don't really care if i'm honest, Its too nice to not have on everything.
I love fruit and Some veg, I have completly just fruit and veg for Breakfast and Lunch.
Yummy.
I adore Bread, All diffrent types. It's so bloody nice!

I try to eat anything that comes from my country or anything that is fair trade. I don't really like meat, so I eat lots of fish, veggie, grains and nuts. I'm trying to eat healthy, and keep myself fit.
