I got a dehydrator for Christmas and I was wondering if any of ya'll have any good and working beef jerky recipe. I don't care what type it is I just care if it's good and it works! Also if any one has any tips on preparing the recipe (Meat or other ingredients that would be great!

Hey! i'd beat an old lady with a stick to get a bag of beef jerky, or jsut go the the corner store and buy some but anyways

Go buy a specialty meat squeezer thing. It's really cool it just presses the meat flat for you. Also most grocery stores just have beef jerky spice at the spice shelf. Buy a couple different brands and try it out. Also try lightly coating the jerky with teriyaki sauce! It's delicious! <3

if you have property do it reall old school and smoke the meat, but if you live in town it can be impractical. talk about legit beef jerky
