Icon2 Special K Diet.

So yes, any tried this diet?
Did you loose any weight?

I started it this morning.

Although i didn't get the ones with berries in so it's a bit bland.
If any one would like to know my progress in about two weeks i'd be more than happy to share.

(special K diet is adviced to be a two week diet that is meant to help you loose weight)
(Special K is a cereal)

This diet make absolutely no sense to me...

It can't give you all your nutritional needs and although you may loose weight surely you should do this by having a balanced diet...

Baby is this love for real?
Let me in your arms to feel,
the beating of your heart baby...

I tried it.. and failed.

I'm on a normal diet now, so breakfast in the morning, no chocolate maybe one small bar a week and varying my food with the food categories.
So like today I had an apple for breakfast
An apple, baked crisps and water for lunch
Lentils and rice for dinner
I had a pear between dinner and lunch.

Need any 1-1 help? PM me and I'll get back to you ASAP.
R.I.P Shiloh Moore, I love you and miss you.<3
I will never be able to explain to anyone how much
you meant to me.
~~~~~~
Closer, closer, closer.
Do you expect me?
To keep from crawling back.
Do you accept me?
When we both know my past.
But Special K can only be effective WHEN part of an already established and balanced diet.
You cannot diet on Special K alone. Your body needs proteins, fibre, nutrients... so many things. Especially because you are still growing.
Ah, but you were not clear about that from the outset which is why I wrote what I did.
I am pleased you are on a balanced diet and wish you well. Special K will help you, and is a delicious cereal.
Add some sliced banana, as this fruit is packed with potassium, natural slow-burn fruit sugars and will help liven up your Special K. Or some of those lovely seedless grapes that supermarkets sell. Look out for Muscatel grapes which are golden and are delicious.
If you need to sweeten your Special K, don't use white refined sugar but instead, unrefined Demerara as it is sweeter, so less is used.
