Pasta
Bread (Whole grain - it's healthier)
Rice (brown is better than white because it has more nutrients)
Sugarary food
Dried fruit (Dried cherries are good)
Fruit Juice (packed with vitamins and minerals also)
Nuts
Fish
Eggs
Pretzals
Fruit (Avacado is a good one) (Banana)
Veg
Beans (chick peas are good)
Legumes (Basically starchy beans and peas)
Jacket potatoe (With the skin)
Hashed Browns
Onion Rings
Uhh, i can't think of anymore, it's a good job i'm studying nutrition lol
Hope this helped.
Re: What food has a high amount of calories, but low fat?
See, here's the issue with that.
High calorie, low fat means high carb/sugar.
That's actually worse for you than the fat. Fat takes longer to digest (it's a very complex molecule, whereas complex carbs are still quite simple), and a significant amount of it is never absorbed.
Why do you want high calorie?

So do I, especially avocados. But they cost such a lot in our shops that we're tempted to try and grow them. Nutritionally, avocados have much going for them as do bananas, and they are also rich in Potassium.
