Default Blood type diet

I just wanted to share with you guys the way I eat. It's called a bloodtype diet. There is also a book on by peter d'adamo, called Eat Right For Your Type. I have found it very helpful. I have started eating this way at the beginning of the year and so far i have lost around 10lbs and 12 inches. The way it works is there are four blood types A, B, AB, and O. I am O. Depending on your blood type there is a certain diet. For example since I am an O I shouldn't eat things such as wheat, dairy, or corn (those are the main things). You don't honestly realize how many things harm you're body until you take them away. The reason I first started this diet was because I kept getting sick very often, so my mom was researching and came across this book. Now that I rarely have these items of food if I do several things will happen. For instance wheat makes me bloated and makes me tired, milk congests me, and corn slows weight loss. I'm not sure if any of you are interested but I've attached a link along with this. It has helped me so much I just wanted to share it.(:

I tend to get sick often, but my mom just thought it was because I had a low immune system.
So I take these vitamins, but I still got sick. I never heard of a Blood Type Diet. If I knew my blood type, I'd defiantly try it!

It's worked super well for me. Like I kept getting sinus infections and bronchitis and thing like that. And we had to do something about it. I feel ten times better when i eat like that. And if i have something I'm not supposed to i feel really down, and tired.

I always get a cold, sore throat (that lasts for a week...shoot me). It's like a yearly thing. This sounds like something I should try, I just wish I knew my blood type.

Well there are tests you can order and they'll tell you. And if you've ever got blood taken thats a way to find out. And I'm sure if you call the doctor's office or the hospital they might be able to tell you

Well, my mom and I are trying to get an appointment right now for other reasons, I can talk to her about getting blood drawn. I've always been curious, even before reading this, about what my blood type is.

I've never heard of a Blood Type Diet. I'll have to find out my blood type and give it a go some time
