Bread, eggs, milk. Nothing could go wrong with the basic necessities.

We already have the food staples though. It's moreso stuff to pack into lunches and stuff.

I have to get the grocery shopping for the boys done before I go off to school on Monday and I know if I don't do the shopping before I go, they'll survive off frozen pizzas and other prepackaged shit that costs 10x more money than it costs to make. lol

Potatoes, Pasta, Crackers, Dried Fruit and Tomato Soup are healthy. They have little fat in.

And Gherkins are like Pickles or something...these things:

A little bit like mini cucumbers and they're very healthy.

Oh, pickles.

Never heard them called anything other than that. xD

Potatoes are all starch though.
Pasta has a lot of unneeded carbs and such.
Crackers, dried fruit and canned soup are all high in sodium.

This is probably my fault for not mentioning that the "boys" are 22 and 25 years old. xD
They just fail at adequately fending for themselves. xD
The 22 year old one works a hard labor job and needs a good amount of protein as he already gets lots of carbs throughout the day and is interested in gaining more muscle. the 25 year old works a desk job and needs to lose weight to reach a healthy weight so I need something that works for both of them.
I also will be coming home on weekends to do their grocery shopping to make sure they're getting good, whole foods that cost less than the pre-packaged shitty foods that they tend to like to buy instead.

It's sort of pathetic that also need to drill into them their responsibility of keeping the house spotless throughout the week or I will be going through it with a garbage bag on the weekends.-_-

Who needs to have babies when you have full grown men to take care of?
