McDonald's food reeks of unhealthiness. I can barely stand to look at their food, or even their building. It almost makes me sick to see how their commercials target young children. They can claim their kids meals are healthy all they want, but they're teaching children that their fast food restaurants have a good source of healthy options when that is far from the truth.

I never eat fast food, unless its Rubio's, because Rubio's mexican food has a lot of vegetables in it, such as guacamole and pico de gallo (lettuce and tomato blend, no sauce or salt added). I also do not eat any meat from fast food restaurants; its disgusting. The fat drips from it and its an unnatural gray or brown color. Gross!

Mcdonalds is worth it for me personally. Since i need to gain wieght, its "healthy" lol.

But really i wouldn't want to eat it any more than i am, that stuff messes up my stomach alot.

If the Big Mac didn't have lettuce in it, it would be classed as a dessert. The water in the lettuce, reduces the sugar level in the patty. True facccct.
I used to work there before moving onto bigger and better banks. McDonald's is beautiful though.
