Default Dieting - snack ideas

I'm gonna change my diet so I can be healthier and lose some weight. I've got a pretty good idea of what I need to do as far as meals go, but do you guys have any ideas on what I can do for healthy snacks? I have oral allergy syndrome, and while I'm fine with eating fresh fruit, I can't eat most raw veggies or nuts without having an allergic reaction. So yeah, I'd love to hear any ideas for healthy, filling snacks, or just dieting tips in general.

if you can, Peanut butter. Its high in protein, high in good oils and fats, and filling. Some of that on wheat toast, and you can have breakfast and lunch.

Carrots. they are like good for you and low calories, and to make them even better have them with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, two TBS goes far with a lot of carrots and that's only 100 some calories plus like 35 calories for the carrots.

a gronola bar is a snack...at least for me.

Pretzles, Baked chips(not really but their more 'healthier than the regular'), rice crackers, seeds (pumpkin) gorp , sammich.......

Ehh, trying to stay away from processed stuff like cookies and chips. Even the low calorie ones. Doesn't fill you up, has no nutrition. If I need a quick snack on the go, though, I might consider it.

Also, can't do carrots unless they're steamed. Which would take too long for just a snack...

I like the peanut butter and rice cracker idea, though.

To make the diet more effective don't forget to exercise Anna.
