I prefer mine to be fried and it should be done at least medium rare. I know, it's bad! But, it tastes delicious. I can go for grilled meat too. As long as it tastes good, I won't complain!
Honestly, Id take an overly greasy, probably under cooked burger from Mcdonalds or Wendys over any other meat.
Realistically though, since I cannot survive on fast food burgers, a chicken breast grilled with dill weed and franks red hot sauce will do me just fine too.
I enjoy a nice, home grilled steak with grilled onions, green pepper, etc. the works, pretty much. Medium

Honestly, the best meat I've ever had is when my friends dad cooked steak on a grill and pored beer on the meat.
It was fabulous.
And Medium or Medium Rare. Sometimes Rare.
I like my meat bleeding and still mooing. <3
