We have a LOT for damsons from our trees in the garden, literately three stew pots full and overflowing. Has anyone got any recipe ideas? I've already made two Bakewell pies, three jars of Jam and a pie from them! I'm planning on more jam to pass off on relatives...
I was thinking more recipes.
I've made 6 jars of jam, 2 1/2 jars of pickled plums, 4 jars of chutney, 2 bakewell tarts and a pie. I'm even going to make wine.
