Been cereal for quite a while for me.
Coco Pops seem to lose their taste after a while...

On schooldays, I eat a Pop-Tart every morning without fail. On the weekends I usually sleep in too late, and it's already lunch-time.

Rolls, bagels, cereals, low fat bran muffins, crackers, or Melba toast.
Low fat protein such as peanut butter, lean meat, poultry or fish, or boiled eggs.
Dairy like milk, yogurt and low-fat cheeses, such as cottage and natural cheeses.
This breakfast provide me complex carbohydrates, fiber, protein and a small amount of fat.
