Smoked bacon, Sausages, Tomatoes (MUST be tinned), Beans (Heinz organic with butter), 3 eggs, mushrooms, black pudding, 4 slices of Crusty bread and butter. My perfect meal to start the day along with a nice mug of tea.
Mmmm, heart attack. I like to have a fry up once a week; usually after a night out as it's the perfect hangover cure. Rest of the week I'll probably just have cereal or something to make myself feel better about this artery tightening treat.
Anybody else like a good fry up or is everyone more healthy than me? What do you usually have for breakfast?
Fry-ups = heaven
Although i haven't had one in like a year.
fry-ups can actually be healthy because of the mix in the diet, like protein, diary, meat and fats.
The trick is to not overfill the plate and keep a nice normal portion.
I noramlly just have a piece of toast.
On a saturday or a sunday i enjoy a bacon and egg double decker with tea
