Baked. But my mom doesn't usually bake it. Actually nobody likes it in my family as much as me so I will sumtimes make a huge batch just for myself, not baked tho, that's too much work and I'm not a good enuff cook for that. i just make 3 boxes of generic mac&cheese and reheat it in the microwave all week long. If I can't get it homemade baked with not much cheese sauce, that's how I like it best, generic mac&cheese leftovers. Oh ya, and sumtimes with ham or sausage or hot dogs in there.
