Basically this. And if you're overweight due to factors in your control, then it's your fault. If you have high cholesterol due to factors in your control, then it's your fault.
If you have diabetes due to factors in your control, then it's your fault.
Fruit won't have any significant effect on weight for anybody else haha :p
