So, why don't we all share our cooking knowledge and experience.
Are you any good when it comes to cooking? Can you cook without looking in a recipe book and without your mother guiding you/telling you what to do? Can you actually make a tasty meal on your own, knowing what to do? And when I say meal I don't mean mixing a can of tomato paste with boiled macaroni, and presto, you've made dinner. No, something that requires chopping onion, setting it to cook, and adding the tomatoes, etc at the right time. A meal that requires peppers, a meal that takes at least 30 minutes to make.
yeah I can cook. You have to take classes in like 7th grade in here. I can cook a lot of things and my favorite type of cuisine to cook is Italian and French.

Not many people just throw some things together and make a good meal, for most things except those super simple 10 minute meals you need to learn and master from a book once you know a bunch of those you can kind of mix them and think oh I will take this element from that recipe and some thing else for that
And the people you think are just tossing things together out of chance are probably doing that

i can cook a few things, but i rock at baking. desserts are my thing, i would make cookies alllllllll day if i could. :3

If someone gives me a cookbook I can make anything in it and it tastes good, but usually I just don't have the patience. Baking involves creativity and is so much more fun
Yeah, I can both cook and bake a lot.
Ive been making dinner like everyday since I was 13.. and cooking/baking since i could hold a spoon and stir. which means, like 8 months old lol.
My family is really picky and old fashioned so we eat like a lot of roasts and potatoes and things like that.
