I would say Thorntons although they are ridiculously expensive, for an average price bar of a chocolate though and quality at the same time I would say Cadburys.
They do make really nice chocolate just very expensive. I remember once they asked everyone to put something on their doors and they come around and put bags of chocolates on all of our doorhandles. I remember loads of kids going around stealing them lol
