Out of ten how would you rate your own cooking skills? 10 being the highest 0 being the lowest. What can you cook? What would you like to be able to cook but cant?
I would say I am about a 6. I can cook allsorts but my taste can be somewhat different. I would love to be able to cook a nice chicken for Kerry, like covered in different herbs to give it flavour etc but, we dont have chicken in right now to try it. Damn!
i can do things like cup cakes, but thats so easy it doesnt really count.
I would probably give myself like a 6 because what i make usually tastes good but i cant cook anything proper.

uhm.. this is gonna make me sound snotty!: ( 8... i can make most things quite successfully, and i'm not scared of trying new stuff.. and i like to cook, so i often "invent" stuff.. i really like making salmon on a bed of red peppers with lemon juice and random herbs and then in the oven.. it's easy, but really jummy!
