Default Burnout?

Just finished my sophomore year in high school, pulled straight A's in all honors classes and an AP. And I'm absolutely drained. No energy to do anything, getting pissed at stupid things, just in general tired of everyone's shit. I hate that I'm losing friends, distancing myself from people who care about me, but I can't stop it. Am I burnt out or do I just need to find a nice girl to call my own and vice versa? Absolutely zero anything wth any girls since Christmas break.
PS Has anyone else ever felt burnt out by school or something else?

Take a phew days and sleep, no work, no nothing, and you should start to feel better, then go and and find girls or whatever

Hey, I think most of us have been there, left stressed out and irritated by school loads.
To answer your question, I don't think that a girlfriend will solve your problems, in fact, it's probably not wise to enter a relationship until you're in a more stable position emotionally. You can try to just give yourself some down time, listen to some mellow music, think about all the things you like about your friends. Excercise a bit to work out any excess tension. call up random trainers to boast about your seemingly amazing rattata call up some friends and ask if they've ever dealt with something similar, they may be able to relate.

Maybe just taking a few days to relax yourself would do you wonders!
I don't think it'd be smart to get a girlfriend or even really hang out with friends right now because you sound like you're WAY too tired for that.

Maybe take a few days to pamper yourself? Watch a fun movie, eat some food that you like, draw some pictures, read a book. Spend time by yourself for a little while, and then when you seem like you've gained some energy back, you can get back to hanging out with friends.

But really, I think it'd help to know if you gain energy by hanging out, or if hanging out drains you. Avoid things that drain you.

dude to me it sounds like you need a few days to hibernate in your room and eat a bunch of food and just be a complete bum. hahaha just to gain some energy back

and after that, i do think you should hang out with your friends and try talking to a girl. cause i have friends, who got insanely into their school work, kinda like you and basically just isolated themselves from their friends and now they are just in a really awkward place trying to make their friends back that they ignored for so long.

so anyway, what i mean is focus on yourself for a good week or so, and then focus on your friends and such and start to be a kid again!
school is important but how you feel is more important

Congrats on your survival. I'll be heading to upperclassmanship too.

Take a few days off, seriously. Do a few hardcore lazy days. Eat what you like, maybe see a movie or go swimming.

If your personality calls for social, invite a friend and go see a movie. If not, just hang out on your own, fuel up. Give yourself some much needed TLC.
