Icon4 I really need some help.

I don't know if this is in the right place or not, if it isn't can a mod please change it.
Anyway, I have been having some problems, every night for the past 3 days I have been constantly crying and waking up, after having nightmares, in a cold sweat.
I don't know what to do, I just need some help.

Sounds troubling... is there any particular theme to the nightmares? at what time do you get to sleep? how long are you alone before bed? is there anything that's on your mind in your waking hours? any anxiety, fears?

I can't really remember the nightmares that well, but it's as if I'm stuck on a deserted like island my 'friends' are there with me but no matter how hard I try to be nice and get along, I'm always kicked out and sent away.

Well, I think you have your answer. your loneliness and uncertainty regarding the quality of your friendships. Also, you probably need to try to get more sleep., head to bed earlier. Spend more time outdoors or active during the day. Try a little exercise half an hour before bed.

Well, It sounds like you may know what is troubling you already. I'm not sure exactly what it is from what you posted here, but you should try and address those issues that do bother you. Try to do things that may lessen the fears and anxieties that you have. If you have no way of doing that, talk to someone that you trust about them and see if that helps. Sometimes just talking to someone about it can go a long way in helping you. Other than that try and think of something happier before you go to bed. Try meditating or something like that to clear your mind. That might help you with nightmares and all that stuff.

1. go to bed earlier
2. Stick away from caffeine
3. don't eat or bathe too close to going to bed
4. Read Children's books with happy endings. Reinforce your subconscious with positive thoughts

I'm here if you want someone.

Basically Id suggest try to make a routine before bed. Just like with kids where you start telling them "Half an hr then it's bedtime" and you get them ready for bed (teeth, bath, story, etc) it gets their minds and bodies used to settling down and ready for bed. Your mind won't be so active if it has that shutting down time.

What I do is
Shower every night, and then read before bed. I also use candles and lotions that have soothing scents. The showering really helps though if you do it every day. For me with depression and bdd it's kinda like cleansing emotionally as well, washing away the day and stress etc. It's relaxing.

I think you've been given some really awesome ideas here.

I'd also try to keep a dream journal if you can, to see if there's any repetition in your nightmares. Maybe you could see if it has any meaning. Sometimes our brains find really creative ways of trying to tell us things we need to know through dreams.
