I love it, the problem is that it's really hot where I live and walking on the concrete can hurt if you ain't used to it.
I used to walk bare-foot almost everywhere, even on the hot concrete.
I'm bare-foot all the time in my house as well. Hell, in any house I'm never wearing shoes or socks.
What I like a lot is that going bare-foot outside will increase circulation in your feet and that the weather won't affect you as much. Like if you go out in the cold in bare-feet, soon your feet won't get as cold.
This site has some info on it[freepaws.org], but so you know it's mostly for Furries but it can easily apply to non-furries as well.
Anyway, I do what the site advices and I stay in the shadows and go out when it's not quite as hot and I get in the grass when it gets too hot for me.
I tend to walk on my toes more often than on my toes and heels, why? It's more fun.
Even when I'm wearing shoes I do that. I shouldn't because my left foot always cramps though. lol
So does anyone else love or like being bare-foot?

I love going bare feet. I hate having to wear enclosed shoes to school. And, yeah in the Summer it's terrible but I'm used to it now. The heat can burn my feet and I don't notice.
It's the greatest!
I remember one time a few years ago my friend came over and we were walking around outside, she was wearing shoes and I was bare-foot.
And various other times...

Yeah, I can remember when I was younger walking down to the beach with my brother in the middle of summer and I practically burnt my feet. Years of doing it has made them survive anything.
In the UK I would never go outside with no shoes on other than in the garden or similar, I wouldnt walk the streets barefoot is what im getting at. There is too much glass, stones and dog faeces to accidentally stand on for me, so I would rather not. In the house though yeah I am almost always bare foot, I think it is good for your feet allowing them to breathe instead of being stuck in shoes and socks.
I once knew a guy who was a buddhist and he would go barefooted everywhere.
I wouldn't go barefoot outside, know too many people who got infections and glass in their feet. I do walk barefoot around the house all the time though
Then why not avoid the glass?
Or just go out on the sidewalk by your house of keep to your yard?
I've always wondered that (I've known others who've said that).

^ Because sometimes there are small sharp pieces of glass that aren't visible to the eye?
I wouldn't want to look around, wondering if I'm gonna get something lodged into my foot. I'd rather just wear shoes and take them off when I get home.
Besides, going barefoot can also give you infections, especially if you accidentally stand in dog-poop or the like, not to mention your feet would get dirty, and the skin would get very hard.
Actually, the skin getting hard isn't always a bad thing. It makes the skin get tough.
About the glass, I always step on it inside the house (odd considering we own nothing made of glass).
But outside... Never.
Well, I've never gotten an infection so I wouldn't know about that.
All I know is that I like walking around barefoot everywhere~~
Just recently actually I went out walking with my sister, her friend, my cousins, and the neighbors kids.
Well, afterward we went back to our neighbors house and I kicked off my shoes (boiling hot weather and people on my block always through out twigs on the sidewalk).
Eventually I went to go back home but when I put my shoes on both my pinky toes started to burn like crazy (that doesn't happen much).
So I had to walk back home barefoot.
Which I didn't wanna do where I was at because the roads are kinda crappy, but I made it across just fine. I hardly noticed the heat even.
But I've also been doing this for years so 100 degree weather + concrete doesn't bother me as much.
