Honestly? I can't stand fashion. At one point, I was so anti-fashion, I wouldn't wear ANYTHING that was in fashion, even if I liked it, or used to wear it all the time. I'm not that extreme now though, I just wear what I wanna wear. Sometimes it's stuff that's in fashion, sometimes it's not. I DO try to look good when people are gonna be seeing me, but comfort and practicality are more important that looks.
My style is a mix of things and changes depending on where I'm doing. If I've got a concert (I play my instruments in concerts regularly) then I dress up VERY glam, in sparkly dresses, high heels, pretty jewellery and heavier make-up (though having said that, I NEVER wear foundation - it looks unnatural and I don't need it). If I'm just going to town with some mates, I'll wear skinny jeans or leggings and shorts and a t-shirt (what type of t-shirt? My favourites are logo or cartoon ones, the brighter the better).
I would say my clothes reflect my personality. I'm a bright, bubbly person who loves to be with friends and I take a pretty laidback approach to life, but I'm also a girly girl inside.
As for magazines, I read Sugar and Bliss (I read Kerrang! sometimes too, but my guess is you're not talking about music magazines  ) I like the clothes section simply to see if there's any clothes I like which I could save up for, or if I'm looking for something for a particular event it saves trawling round shops all day (though that can be quite fun too, just also quite expensive). Mainly I read them for all the articles they do though

I think I can be quite judgemental on people's appearance, like I would immediately be wary of someone dressed in trackies with giant hoop earrings, but I usually get to find out more about people before making proper judgements on them. If someone in trackies and giant hoops came up to me and started talking, I wouldn't ignore them just because of what they were wearing, I'd try to make decent conversation or help them or whatever reason they'd started talking to me.
