I havent seen one to date that doesnt cause that unfortunately and I dont think there is one as the dust left in your hair is what is left of the dried gel.
VO5 (Thats - Vee Oh Five) - is pretty good. Or you can use Garnier. Garnier are amazing at hair gel. I have hair dressing qualifications so if you need anything, please ask
