I followed my hair dresser when she switched places.
I suggest rented salons, meaning it's a salon but where hair dressers rent out spaces in a building and basically work for themselves.
Those are the only kind I've ever been too and I've been pretty happy with the way most people do my hair.
...It's just my eyebrows that I only trust to my current hair dresser.
