Alright, so my female friend promised that she would give me a lap dance if I allowed her to wax the hair of my chest (which had hardly any hair on it anyway). Let's just say that this bitch owes me one lap dance.

Anyway... aside from being beyond painful, the waxing has left these tiny marks that are a red/purple colour in some places. They're not lumps, it's just tiny purple dots.

I assumed that the hair had bled or something... not really sure though. So, I wanna know what the hell they are, why the hell I got them (apparently she's waxed billions of times before, but it just fucked up on me), how long they're gonna be on my chest, and what the hell I can do to make them go away.

Edit: Oh, and she used this sugar wax, with 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup water... if that helps.

I have no idea what a sugar wax is, but they are most likely just blood dots. Bleeding under the skin.
They can also happen when you scratch the same area for too long as well.

Nothing to worry about, I used to get them on my eyebrows and underarms the first few times I got them waxed.

yeah it's probably bleeding in the pores or something. whatever you call the places where hair grows. I wouldn't be too worried unless they hurt
