What do you think of this dress-

with some black heels, a belt, and a clutch bag ?

Not sure what to wear in my hair or what type of tights yet :/

I love the dress I really do, and personally I would think about wearing either black or at least a dark brown sheen pair of tights, with heels naturally.

A wide belt is an absolute must, as is a bag, and although I like your choice of clutch bag I would prefer it to be in either silver or gold....but again its all down to personal choice.

Mmmm...as for your hair, I shall have to give this some more thought. lol
