The second one! C'mon, knowing Britain's luck it'll be freezing over Christmas and that dress looks thicker and longer - and if you're spending the majority of the day inside or w/e you could always roll the sleeves up. The disadvantage of the first dress being that you can't necessarily do that and would 100% need to team it with leggings and maybe something over the top. If you've already got something that's fine! But if you'd have to buy something new ...
I also love the faint diamond pattern on it and the colour's sortof, sexy, and brooding. The first dress is cute but Imo a little too 'grunge'? and insubstantial for Christmas!

What shops do you like & who've you got on the highstreet? And what's your budget? Before I suggest somewhere for a bag.

Not sure what size you wanted, so,

http://www.newlook.com/shop/womens/h...-bag_208567201

Those two are slightly bigger! For a clutch I quite liked:

And I literally cannot believe it's only a couple of quid. Might order one for myself, hahaa.

D'you know what you're going to wear with it? I instinctively went for darker bags because in my imagination you were wearing black shoes by default ... sorry.
