Hi, I'm fed up with my hair, at the moment its just a thick wavy mess. i have to straighten it to keep it under control and i'm ready for a change. Its naturally curly, i have nothing against curly hair but i just don't suit it, and its too thick and wavy to get that sleek sort of zac efron hair type style.

heres a bad quality picture of it straightened alot, its my first post so i'm not really comfortable showing my whole face here

any ideas? some links would be good as well

hmmm, well u could grow it and straighten it but a lot, also sweek it across ur face maybe? dunno just a suggestion, welcome 2 Teen Forumz btw

but thats just me,, because i love hair like that on lads but dont let it get any longer.

but if you definately want to change it, just have it thinned and then straighten it

I have thick, wavy hair, and what I do is just comb it back. If you cut your hair to point where you can still style it but it's not in your eyes, then you can probably slick it back. But instead of slicking it back with gel and keeping it curved around your head, just wet it, comb it back, and puff it up in the front. Kinda like an Elvis hairdo.

I don't see anything wrong with your hair. It looks soft Plus longer, wavy hair is good to run fingers through. Nice hair is a quality you should be proud of
