well the skirt has lining therefore it could be more comfy to wear and they're not so short. They're almost knee length

Also it's not about comfort with that, it's about "that skirt is clearly made out of something very lightweight and will fly up with a brease"

well, they are made as a bubble skirt and have a fitted lining that won't allow anything to 'fly up'

That's a lovely skirt, actually. It would look gorgeous with a pink tank top and maybe a light blue cardigan. ^_^
