I'm 15, sbout 140 lbs and around 5'11. I fit a junior size 8 but because of my long legs, I end up wearing a size 14 or 16. I need to find pants that fit. Can someone help please?

don't wear narrow fit jeans/pant etc.. try stright leg.. and wear a denim/leather jacket.

Sometimes they have "tall" sizes, the waist size is the same as it is in the regular size but the actual pants are longer. I think there are also stores you can go to that have clothing made specifically for taller people. If those don't work for you, then you can always get your pants altered, which I know is kind of annoying. I'm on the taller side too, so I kind of feel your pain, lol.

Check for tall sizes as said above or look on the internet for speciality clothes sites.

I have the total opposite problem, i'm too bloody short!!

Like the others have said, see if the stores you visit have a tall section... Otherwise check out the hems on the trousers, you'll find a lot of the time if you let down the hem there is enough extra fabric to make them fit a lot better.... It's all a matter of trial and error... i had exactly the same problem as you when I was growing up... If you can, check out Calvin Klein, they run long as standard.
