My hands are pretty tiny. They look like a little girl's hands. Also people say sometimes I look like I'm younger than I actually am. Also I'm told I sound about 14. And I'm short 5'2" and I'm generally frail and skinny about 88 lbs. Any advice? And if I look too old for my age how can I make myself look younger? All I want is to look the I am.

If the look you like is fine with you, be happy about it.

Don't care what other people think jessica. You don't need to look any younger you look fine the way you are your still young and if people say you sound like a 14 year old girl let them. honestly it doesn't really matter. You can't change your voice.

You're young! Be greatful! Most people would kill to look as young as you!

act like an adult, if you want to be an adult. this means to be confident and to accept yourself how you are. so, at some point, people will treat you as an adult.
