is it possible to be allergic to clothes?

I imagine you could be allergic to the cotton, polyester, spandex, etc. in clothes, but not the clothes themselves.

It's quite common to be allergic to washing powders as well...not exactly the clothes, but it works out to the same thing - you can't wear them.

Well, yeah! No one likes a kid who smells like a hobo. =p
But you can get like, special non-allergy powders or something. I don't know, I'm not allergic. I don't need to know. But they do exist.
