I know a lot of people go through the day-to-day drama (obviously some are worse than others) but I find that the best way to pick me up after a nasty day is to think about the things I love in my life. The things I'm grateful for and that I would miss if it were gone. When I think about those things, I feel a little better even if my current problem isn't solved.
