Hey, So I just thought Id let everyone know that I contacted Syrian's Cousin and Abdullah is fine. They've lost internet since February 5th.
So... so thankful he's okay. I've been worried sick.
But still keep him and all of his family, and the Syria people in your prayers and thoughts because it's still very far from safe or ending there.

I was reading the NY Times today, and they had an interesting article on Syria on the front page. If you have time, I would check it out online. its very good.

Haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet but I'm glad Syrian's okay. I've seen how hectic it's become over there. I'll keep him and his family in my thoughts.

It's hard with how ugly and nasty the world is, it really is.. but then just small glimpses of the good of the world like this thread, people who don't even know him caring and praying for him means so much. It's nice to see it's keeping the balance, even just a little bit.
