He's online in msn. I asked him a qns something like what you doing, he never replied. How?

Woah, quite sad. He talked for a while, then he say he not using msn any longer (which he told me before) and he just left.

Our conversations are always like this; I feel damn sad, I say I like him; I want to be frenz with him, but he always left and don't care about me, in a sense.

^ Find some common ground. You two do not have to just chat, but chatting is easier when you both have a similar interest, maybe a sport, movie, game, book et cetera. It can be harder to try and hold a cyber conversation since you do not know what he is doing. It could be a really bad time for him to chat a lot of the time, or he may not like cyber chatting.

You said he is good at sports and academics so you seem to know stuff about him, pick an activity that you can do as friends just to casually get to know each other better. Once you are a little more comfortable with each other, things will be less awkward.
