Technically speaking, not all of the composers you will name are Classical, some are Baroque, Renaissance, Romantic, 20th Century... but for people who don't know all of the time periods, lets just go with calling them all Classical.
In order of how much I love them, and even some particular pieces;
Bach - 1st Cello Suite Prelude, Moonlight Sonata
Tchaikovsky - 1812 Overture, 1st Piano Concerto, Swan Lake Overture
Chopin - Etude #1, Op.25 in A flat - 2'54"
Prokofiev - Romeo et Juliet (The Song Sunderland come out to! Markus will understand...)

I adore classical, Cellist here!....my faves are Dvorak(Ninth, "From the New World") and Smetana ("Ma Vlast"), gotta love those Czech's. Second: Beethoven(" Ninth", what else?) although I find his torment difficult to tolerate for long periods of time.
Eh, I only like what sounds good in regards to Classical music. I'm not a huge fan, but I like it fine enough.
If it counts then I suppose In The Hall of the Mountain King.
