i only managed to get to sleep at 5am this morning coz of jet lag, meaning that i couldnt go to this 5km run thing i was supposed to do today in hyde park and i just hit my head on the kitchen cupboard while closing it coz im an idiot and i really Cant be arsed to go swimming training because i havent been for a few weeks because of the holidays and im lazy. not really rant worthy i suppose but i am really tired!!!!!

Jet lag can be difficult to handle at times. I went through it fairly easily with minimal complications. I'm sorry that you're not having the luck that I had.

it should be about how someone gets jet lag and then when they run into a kirchen cupboard the world turns upside down (its a flat universe btw )
