I completely agree. I hate it when girls do that.

I disagree (unfortunately) with the part about there being no pretty or ugly. I used to think one of my friends was gorgeous. She's Benjali and Egyptian. Now, looking back, she's not that pretty anymore.

It depends, just because you think someone is pretty and thin does not mean they "know" they are pretty and that they are not fat. You do not need an eating disorder to think you are fat because what you think is fat, someone else might think is thin.

Girls are fussy, they care about their looks and weight a lot. We complain all the time, it's normal but it does not mean you are looking for attention in some cases. You can't judge them based on what you think of them. They can be unhappy with themselves and want to talk about it. Being complimented by others does not mean they should know they are gorgeous.

A girl can wonder why her boyfriend is with her. She could feel down about herself and if her boyfriend treats her like a queen she could wonder why he is with her when he could get anyone else. I would say that crosses a girls mind at least once when they are seeing someone they think is really nice or love.

It depends on how they are doing it but you don't know they are looking for attention, they might be looking for some sort of reassurance that they are not fat because they believe they are.

In this world people seem to think that girls should be stick thin and have big boobs etc otherwise you are ugly and a girl that you see as being thin and pretty might not see that compared to other girls they have seen. You can get males after you and still feel insecure about yourself but that is just my view on it

ot: girls that do this sorta stuff annoy me... you can often tell if its the old attention seeking self put downs or actually feeling bad about their appearance...

matty im with you on this one lol... girls that compliment seek do my nut in...if you go out with them and then break up with them they will try and move on and if they get dumped they come back to you thinking "hey... he used to like me... maybe i can manipulate him" theres nothing wrong with a girl asking a guy if she looks ok... my best mate is a girl and she asks me if she looks ok every now and then and there is nothing wrong with that... stalkers creep me out... thought of talking to your solicitor matty

Humans complain all the time about everything, it's not just females.

It's true. It's in our nature. But I was focussing more on the fact that there's way too many girls out there who find the need to say they're ugly just for a compliment.

haha i tried, but she doesnt seem to understand. i stopped texting her and stuff. i dont wanna text her because then she'll keep texting me even more.

Also, I hate that 80% of the girls in our school wear the bras that make their bewbs double the size. Now how the hell am I supposed to know how big their bewbs are?

Anyway, its not just girls, I think I have small muscles all the time, you see I am obessed with muscle :O

Anyway a thin girl will complain about their boobs
a fat girl about her fat.

Its like this one:
A smart girl wants to be called pretty.
A pretty girl wants to be called smart.

That's why you see the stupid blondes that appreciate compliments about their brains, when a fat girl would be most flattered by a compliment of their beauty :O

Thats how girls work man, though the girl I like thinks she's fat but she's thin, and if she becomes thinner I don't think I'll like her, If I actually tell her, stop being so thin, put some meat on I fear she will be offended. :(
