Yeah, okay I guess I do weird things in my sleep - most of it I've grown out of but I still scratch myself while asleep.

I had an itch in my nose - bad itch.
So i scratched it - but of course I was mostly asleep.
Turns out I scratched too hard and my nose started to bleed. Seriously, I felt it oozing.

So then I had to keep sticking tissue up my nose until it stopped.
I haven't had a nosebleed since I got in in the face with a ball so this was different to me.
I got some blood on my bed and shirt because my instinctive reaction was to grab something to soak the blood.

So then I got out of bed, realized how much blood there was, felt like vomiting.
So I watched TV for about 30 minutes at a low volume and then eventually went back to bed.

However, my nose fucking itches up inside there, burns slightly, and feels really wet.

Also, my foot is bruised.


Upside: I get to see puppies~

urgh i know the feeling. i went through a phase of nosebleeds, the doctor said it was all because i was picking my nose. which i wasnt. evil woman....

there was also a time when my blood wasnt clotting properly and i got nosebleeds that lasted for about an hour. i still have a book that i know i was reading in late january, early february 2006 because it has a massive blood stain on one of the pages from a nosebleed.

nothing you can really do about except avoid rubbing it. otherwise it will just get worse.

ps. upside of puppies = awesome

eurgh i know! and in the middle of the night i'm always like it will stop soon and do nothing about it, so then my bed just gets stained with blood, and i seriously can't be bothered to get out of bed at night

I swear i thought this was only me!
I dont get nosebleeds a lot, but i have woken up a few times or so, and i just know my noes is bleeding and im all disorientated. its not normal.
Anyway, yeah its such a freaking nuisance, like of all times to get a nosebleed. grrr..

The doctor burned inside my nose like 2 months ago D: I still have a scar inside my nose and it hurts at times;__; well guess its better than all the nosebleeds I had._.

i dont know if this counts, bt i itch a lot in sleep, can never have a good nights sleep.. thts cause its like 40 deg C at night..
amazingly, ive never had a nose bleed before..
