So last month I met this guy online. I really started to like him and we started long distance dating. He told me he was in the witness protection program, and he caused a lot of stress into my life, but I was convinced I liked him and I liked him a lot and then all of a sudden I find out from one of my best friends that its one of my "friends" who is really clingy and obsessed with me who made a fake profile to "make me feel better about myself" and that "it was supposed to be one conversation thats all" and she went as far as to find 10-15 pictures of the same guy, and tell me stories about his little brother dying and his sister running away so he could have me get support, and I totally trusted him, and it turned out to be this girl and Im so pissed at her, idk if I can forgive her

She had good intentions, but it did more harm than good.
I wouldn't forgive her, at least not for a good long time.

I would never forgive her. If she went to all the trouble to do this, then there is something mentally wrong with her.
