Not anymore. After they were forced to change their tags and take down all their Lolicon stuff they've been having to deal with Copyright issues, the same as a bunch of other hosting sites.
They have more than most other sites, but many have already been taken down.
Many sites now only have Chinese and Koren Manga on their sites now, which sucks. You can still find some in various places though.
But even MangaFox has taken a blow.
