This isn't really a rant. I'm not pissed off or angry or upset. Confused if anything.
I don't understand why trolls.... troll. It's not big or clever or funny. It just makes you look like an idiot so why bother? I mean, I understand if someone had a particular grudge against a site (like they've been banned or something) they could create a second account and post spam all over it, but other than that, I don't get it.
Even if you are a douche and you think trolling is a good idea, surely it's just a waste of time. Go out and steal a panda pop or something.

Trolls are really annoying. I think it's best to just ignore them, they're lame attention seekers and probably have no lives, so I feel pretty sorry for them.
It's important to point out that when you register here, and with each post, your ISP is recorded, and it's rather simple to report you to the authorities, depending on the infraction. And, an ISP is like a phone number and home address, it leads right to your front door.
I always like to point that out, there's really no anonymity online. Maybe there should be a screen when you register that tells you what your ISP is? Perhaps that would chill this a bit...

Why? Why do people do disturbed things? Because they're disturbed?
The fact that you cannot understand it is a good thing! Since we know it's out there, and we're vulnerable to it, i think the response should be to make it more difficult for the wackos out there to do this...and the easiest way is to remind them we know who they are and we're watching...and we're willing to take the steps to report them.
