Default Domestic Disturbances

Literally five minutes ago someone had tied some fish wire to my front doors knocker, and because we live next to a park, took it into the park and continuously knocked on our door. Firstly, this is extremely dangerous for any passers by, this is fish wire, if you're going towards it at a great enough speed on a bike, you're heads going to come off. Secondly - why the fuck would you want to disturb a family of 6 while the majority of them are trying to sleep?

My mothers on the verge of calling the police and it annoys the fuck out of me that they can't do anything.

When I was younger we got the same. A bunch of teenagers back when I was around 12 or 14, these people were 16+, would hang around outside drinking, deliberately kicking balls off our windows, egging the windows, shouting constantly, insulting us as we went outside and things like that, threatening to kick our heads in etc. The best thing you can do is ring the police everytime something happens and eventually they get the point.

I wouldnt even bother saying anything to them yourself, soon as something happens, if you know who they are or who done something even if theyre in a group just ring the police and inform them of what you know. If you live in a rented property and these people live locally you could complain to whoever owns the house like the council for example, if they live locally you should put in a complaint to their home owner about the trouble theyre causing, things tend to stop right away doing that as their parents will be informed and wont be too impressed with their kids putting their housing in jeopardy.

I have never understood people like this myself, you could say its a lack of things for people to do but seriously, even if there isnt anything for them to do it just isnt decent of them to do things like that.

I used to want revenge on the people who done things like this to ourselves when I was a kid and I can understand your anger with this. Anyone would get sick of it.

How vile!
At my boyfriends house some of the kids threw rocks at his dogs, bastards they were, at least 18 years old and nothing better to do but throw rocks at poor innocent animals.
Don't know how many times he rang the police and nothing ever happened.
Untill one day we caught them doing it and my boyfriends brother got a brick from his back garden and went outside and Said if they throw one more rock hes gonna throw this brick at there faces, and surprisingly we havent seen them since.
And to what Michael said about people saying theres a lack of things to do, your right, it doesnt call for them to do stupid vile things like that.
"Oh I'm bored, Ima go tie fishwire to someones door knocker and see how vile I can be."

I'd find a way to get even. I like to call them either pranks or security camera's.
A security camera might avoid possible law suits though. But a hidden one.

Thankfully this has never happened to us because most people who see my dad think he's a grumpy old guy who probably owns a shotgun so it's best not to mess with him unless you wanna get your ass blown off. Also he's been seen with a baseball bat before so that wouldn't be nice either.

The only time something's really ever happened are parties that go on. And we've called the cops 3 times in my life because 3 out of 4 houses surrounding mine have all had wild, crazy, drunken, drugging, and very violent parties with really loud music and I think it got so bad at one someone died... but they may have been a rumor.
Point is, the cops were called. So many got arrested. It was comical.

So yeah, security camera's. Consider it.

Take the door knocker off? get a new door? Set off explosives on your front door set on a proximity alarm?

Oh, how immature....really...

As long as it's not a continual problem, try not to let it get under your fingernails. It's probably some random, immature stuff, it's not personal.

Dear god, people need to grow up.

Once my brother kinda pissed off some kids down our street, nothing major, but just made them a little pissy.

We ended up having to call the police on 3 kids standing on the footpath throwing all the knives they had in their house at ours. We had to replace the wooden window sills because of damage from knives and one small window. We never saw them again, which I'm happy about.

Personally, I'd walk right over and kick every single ass each of them had. I don't really recommend it because it could turn out ugly, but that's just how I'd handle it.

Yeah, it had only happened last night. First time in a long time since something like that had happened, just felt like taking what anger I had out on my keyboard. xD

They didn't do it anymore after we had cut the fish wire. My mum was going to call the police if they had tried again anyway.

Its sad that one of the only ways some people can have fun is at other expense. Yay for our current society!
