Not another one! If it wasn't for the jobs, do you think most of us would stay here (or flock here for that matter)!?

Because we sure as hell don't stay for the weather! We only recently got past the last La Nina and we're already having (or expecting) another one? People have died thanks to this heat and it's expected to get higher (just hopefully not as hot as in the 80s).

Damn this heat. If it isn't an inferno then we're in 4 feet of snow or it rains so bad that you can't even drive!
Our weather is so fucking bipolar. If it wasn't for the jobs, most of us wouldn't be here.

For the record, Texas is going through a drought right now and 12 or more people have died from the heat.


Also this doesn't bode well for me because I'm easily effected by hot temperatures. And when it's in the 100F almost every day, it tends to hurt pretty bad.
That one morning, it was a fucking blessing that it was 80F outside... of course I work in an 87F environment (despite the A/C being on 70F) so it's not like I got to feel it.
We were all like "rain! please rain!" but now, all we got was a little cloud cover.

I don't even remember what rain is anymore! Rain! I miss you! Come back!

Also have you ever heard or a heat rash? It happens when skin rubs up against skin and you start sweating. I know them quite well considering I get them every time I go without a bra.

I'm English so naturally, I can't really relate too you, but when it's hot here I try too stay in the shade as much as possible, maybe lavish your self in Factor 50 suncream? Don't know if you can there, but we can get some special higher factor suncream prescribed too us.

Calm down? Wah? I'm calm, I'm just bothered. Why do people always tell others to calm down in a rant thread? That's like the last place people should be calm in.

Shade doesn't help. Sunscreen doesn't help with heat, it helps with prevention of getting burned.
I have no use for sunscreen, i don't go outside often. Doesn't change the fact we're in a warning period of La Nina. No rain equals drought equals less crops and food equals we lose money. It's bad for everyone, not just myself.
