I can't help being so fucking clumsy. I can't help it that I spill or knock over drinks ever single fucking day. It's not I choose to be like that. It's not like I purposely push drinks over and spill them. If I could change it, of course I would - I wouldn't feel so stupid and pathetic then. How do you think I feel always doing stupid things like that? I know it's annoying and hard work, but when you shout at me and say things like "it's like having a toddler" it just makes me feel even more like shit :/

And what impatient people are those then? Some people do have more accidents than others, like my brother who drops plates and things randomly and can't help it. Just explain it calmly to them (if they're willing to listen). I know this isn't massively helpful, sorry.

It's my mum. I understand why she gets pissed off, but I do it a lot - especially recently - but I just get upset because I can't help it and it just makes me feel stupid. I have told her before that I can't help it. She often says it's because I'm not looking where I put my hand because I'm looking at my laptop, but a lot of the time I make a movement and it justs knocks over -_-

I drop just about everything I pick up I just laugh at it to be honest because when they yell at me I think 'Well I'm glad I broke your plate now '
Obviously it's not really mature but I just try to make a joke out of it because that way I don't get too upset when they just shout at me for doing it, which is just about everyday. x_x
But yeah, there's not really much you can do, some people are more prone to knock things over and whatnot than others. Sucks...but that's just the way it is. :(

I'm sorry, parents can be like that sometimes, blaming your problems on something you do that they don't always approve of. If it's a medical thing like shakiness or even psychiatric causes then it could be easily solved. Just tell someone if your mum's bothering you and she won't listen. Like maybe another family member so they can take your side against your mum IDK. I just think that if she's your mum then she should be more patient with you.

Hmm, I could have something wrong with me.. I don't know. My mum is sometimes patient with me and she said sorry, so it's okay now. Thanks

I can be incredibly clumsy when I'm nervous; I know how you feel, especially when people pick-up and comment on it. I've found that it's a good idea to tell your family not to make comments like that soon after an accident. I would often lose my temper at games and my mum would instantaneously ask me what's wrong - at which point I'd flair up at her. I've told her now to basically let me calm down before she asks. So yeah...may work for you if you just ask them, politely, that in future they don't comment on it.

Thanks, I could try that
