It's only September, why is everyone talking about prom already? Prom is in May, why can't we just put the subject on the shelf until, let's say, about February? I really don't need to be patronized right now. I know I won't get a date to prom, why would anyone ask me? Why would I want to hear anything about stupid prom?

It's not just one dance, it's prom. For seniors. It's my last year of high school. And I won't be asked to prom. How pathetic....at my school, almost everyone has a date. Those that don't don't want to go. I might as well forget about going to prom. No one is going to ask me, I can guarantee that. I'm not going by myself. No one is going to want to dance with me there anyways.

I don't plan far ahead. many reasons why!

Oh well. No one will ever be interested. I'm not even going to bother thinking about prom. I won't get to go, no one will ask me. I might as well be dead. It wouldn't make a difference.

Nobody will ask someone out if all they do is be depressed. Just saying.

Really, prom is a small pin point in your life and you should go, pick out a pretty dress and grab a group of friends to go with.
I won't be going with anyone to my prom other than my friends and that's all most people do. Not everyone will have a date.
People think about it early so they get a good dress before they're all gone. It's your night to say goodbye in your last year of school to your classmates. Not about dancing with prince charming. I'm sure if you just perk yourself up and think positively, you'll feel much better.

In regards to prom; FUCK THE PROM. You went on about this for months last time; everyone but you seems to think it's a small, insignificant part of life. Just don't worry about it and focus on other things.
