What the others said basically, haha.

But, be careful what you say to animal control. If you mention that the dog bites or is at all aggressive they may not be willing to give it to someone else if they come pick it up, especially since of the breed. They will more than likely want to put him down.

I would start out just saying that your sister abuses the dog and are afraid it will possibly become aggressive from her actions and you know someone willing to take the dog and properly train him. If they dont do anything than you may have no other choice but to tell them what happened the other day.

that is the reason that i called my friend. because the are going to see that he is pretty agressive when they come and get him. especially to new people....

Id just say that the dog is a nice dog he just needs the right type of person. Like i told you on msn if you tell them he play too rough (not saying aggressive, play rough) and jumps and things like that, that if he just has the right house like a grown strong guy who's willing to teach him and handle him and keep him out 24/7 that he'll settle down and learn nicely, it's just hes got way too much energy. tell them how this guy knows the dog, loves him too etc.
