I can't imagine how it must feel to have worked so hard to get to that position, only to be demoted unfairly.

Don't give up though! I'm sure you'll be able to get it back! Can't you discuss this with the manager and see if you can prevent this?

I'm so sorry to hear that!! they should have told u about it first or at least give u a rational reason!! hope u'd get a better one!! I guess u should work even harder to show the manager that u're worth it and then he might give it back 2 u!!
