Like Lauren said, there's always shows online. BBC iPlayer, ITVcatchup ect,
They'll always be repeated on telly anyway so don't stress over it.

if she is deleting like, tv shows, you can always watch them on hulu.... that is usually what i do. and if it is like.... abc family, the shows are either on hulu or their website 24hours later.
