try taking some tylenol or ibuprofen. and put a wet cool cloth over your forehead/eyes. lay in your room with the lights off, no tv on, and just relax.

Yes. Painkillers of some sort for sure. I know it's hard to do but just try and relax. Once you do you'll feel much better. Try not to worry too much about anything. Just let your worries drift away. You'll fall asleep soon enough.
